pre-camp

print stuffs at feng shan cc den walk campsite wif leemin. went home pack stuffs and blahh.. cc's printer got no colour ink so my nametag wasnt printed. =/ ran to campsite in the dark at like 11pm. gdness. so scary. couldnt see the path carefully. haha. den ate duck rice in the dark.. preparing evac stufs. recorded filza's snores. hahaz. crapped wif hui yi.. hfdm. yucks. not forgetting our scotchtape motivation! =)) slept at 3plus am.. woke up at 5plus am = 1.5 hrs

day1

many many stuffs cropped up.. report late. water parade super long.. reallie forcing myself to get into vip mood. very very long din go for training camp le. and now i'm the participant.. haha. my most unprepared camp. =(
labels not done.. so worried for my nametag. den couldnt buy poncho in time. lucky fangs got extra. saved my life. very very contrasting.. bleah. as in. pre camp was still quite slack. den suddenly forced into 'fierce' mood. hahaha.
evac lesson was reallie. =/ tink i screwed it up. sarah ma'am scolded us. oh wells. we din prepare well enuff larh. my fault my fault. orientation run. super good. we bonded! thanks charlie! esp to yuye,desmond! we 3 survived infront! so 'siong'! but we made it dere! kudos to all! vip rox! at night. i really miss home so so so so so much.. you really need endurence for vip. do stuffs do stuffs. bathed at 1plus am. water was SUPER COLD. me and filza were shivering in the cubicle. culdnt talk properly HAHA. the girls were like bathing 2 in one cubicle.. cos running outa time. hahahaa. doing campfire props. slept at 2plus am. woke up at 5am = 2.5 hrs

day2

accreds.. culdnt do my firemenlift. =// den all went fine i guess. cant reallie rmb wad happened?? hahaa. sirs n ma'ams keeep scaring us for ex. humanity. hahaa. our scenario: tsunami hit pulau ubin at 11plus pm. den culdnt get transport to ubin at that time. so first thing to do in morning is to get ready for rescue mission. i tink scenario was reallie cool.. the way jian fu sir sae.. reallie brought us into the situation of life-savers. oh. we cooked chicken! set up our own fire! using twigs and leaves! and 3 matchsticks! omgdness. it was seriously great. wind is our greatest friend. haha.. that sense of saticfaction. never before. we set up our fire. and cooked our own chicken.. great experience! smthin i'll nv forget! that is wad i reallie call survival cooking! =)) so contented! and dun give up! =)) lessons learnt! made our own clothline! it was stable! *thumbs up!* loves OAs! =)) very hands-on. it's like "i made this." that feeling's great! yay! love OA even more! =D at night.. got chief trainer interview.. so weird. den do up campfire stuffs, packed bag for ex humanity. bathed at like 2am i guess? me n filza were shivering as well. hahaa. culdnt even communicate properly. hahahaa. so funni.. slept at 3plusplusplus. almost 4am. woke up at 430am = 0.5hr


day3

shivering on the bed like mad. super super cold.. den had to prepare for ex humanity. the first qn i get from all was: "are u ok? u look very pale. " haha. felt SO touched. by day 3, we can reallie feel the bond amongst vip le. the bond that's growing and building up stronger minute by minute. den set off. reached and den we reallie set our mode to the 'rescue others' mode. so all was well! yupps//. both best and worst experience. it was raining. reallie flooded. so reallie feel like tsunami.. we motivate each other by "c'mon pple, we'll better hurry to save the pple! we dunno where dey are! c'mon!" den everyone's footsteps reallie hurried. we got the "life-savers" feeling. *smiles!* i became navigator. actuallie i was totally not confidant abt it. cos i'm seriously blur and directionless. but i gave it a try.. hafta face ur weakness right? yes vip! den i led wrong direction.. my mistakes were reallie killing my morale and confidence. stress level was going up. my morale once reached 3 out of 10. but i bounced back! hafta stay at at leaast 8 out of 10! dun care wad mistakes i made! den at one part. i thot rui xian ma'am said continue. so i said carry on. den evonne ma'am had to scream at me. my confidence fell to like 1 out of 10.. but hafta bounce back to 10 out of 10 cos I AM LEADING. charlie reallie supported me. felt super touched. finally. correct direction. leonard sir casualty. guess we handled QUITE WELL? i dunno. but it was definitely better den wad we expected right! hahaha! but the evonne ma'am one was madness. haha. her head just cant be supported!! bleah! den we stretcher-ed her loong loong wae. it was like pouring. i tink i reallie learn ALOT. now. if u throw me in a forest wif map and compass. i dare to sae. i can find my way out. cos i reallie learned how to use them in reallife situations. i believe our life saving skills improved as well. although i failed the experience. but i'm sure to say. i learnt. =)
ex. universality. it was raining. so my very first time trying out wet weather campfire. many many many many things cropped up. but we solved them. me and zhen luan had to change many many many things.. but it went fine afterall i guess? reallie thanks alot to audience and vip who made it possible. so touched again. i love vip. =) reallie fun for campfire i guess. kudos to dennis and farhan as well! thanks for the mock fire! and the f n b gang down stairs! without anyone of vip, all this wuldnt be possible. thanks alot. dinner wif all batches of sirs and ma'ams.. bbq-ed for each other. tink vip quite open larh. i mean guys n gals, we just drink frm same cup. eat same stick of satay and grab hands, shoulders and all.. quite open bahx.. we all seems to be friends for manymany years! hahahzz. joanne ma'am and hadi sir. haha. thx alot thx alot sirs and ma'ams! =D
at night.. tired tired tired. but our minds were as one. *smiles* had to meet for evac stuffs. went back bunk. did a little of preparation for evac den culdnt take it and i fell aslp unknowingly at abt 3 plus plus near to 4am.. felt so blank nx morning at 4plus near 5am = 1hr
total: 5.5hrs for 5 day 4 night camp. woah. we survived. gastric was hurting like mad. but vip supported me through! =) thanks vip07/07. *touched*

day4

last day.. din reallie wana break camp cos "we all play a part but NEVER apart." but i reallie miss home and im tired. hahazz. footdrill day. i saved my best attire for fd. hahaa. and found bruises on my thighs. from campfire. slap myself too hard doing cheers le. =/ now still haf but better le =) drills we learnt in tkgs is VERY VERY VERY different from hq. so me n filz kinda struggled thru larh. super different! den yar. things went on.. enjoyed fd larh. loves FD! cos the "one squad" feeling bonds everyone! =)) that's wad i like abt fd.. "we are a squad!" =) den fd gold. i commanded larh. den sarah maám ask me quieten down. i was like red. super super super paiseh. i'm so sorry. haix. so far. so many thousands mistakes le. by right, confidence level should be like 1 out of 10. but CANNOT! we are VIs-to-be! so hafta keep it at 10 out of 10! learn from mistakes! be brave quek! *blinks!* hahahzz.

grp meeting was entertained by imitation of jianfu sir. hahaa. and lanyards-making! hui yi, desmond and me later went to prime super mart area to do research.. and we bought coke and we just sat down in the middle of nowhere under hdb flat. shook our coke real real hard and open the cap and let it 'explode'!! drank the coke and dirtied the whole place! hahax. had to do cleaning up ltr on. but it was so fun--coke splashing everywhere. hahahzz.

RED camp.. it's all about screaming.. GREEN TEAM! i like 'enthu'! we're the smallest team but the loudest team! yay! our SLs are super fun! 'enthu', eugenie, 'enthu 2', bryan, sugi-look-alike ma'am clara and paul 2hole and many many many more. hahaa. "lucky bird draw" went sch of media & humanities. Early childhood edu was great! and i found my bf dere! mr. mouldy! aww. i miss mouldy.. HAHA. and filz attended chinese studies wif us! haha! DJ-ing was cool! lunch was.. Mac! dinner was buffet! =) tried archery and fencing etc etc.! FILZA SYAHIRAH! i din dare to poke dat fencing person den fil DELIBERATELY knock my hand! so i poked him so hard on the chest! ouch! and i felt so bad. hahaha.

2nd day of RED camp. scream again! we were super high! green team likes to prolong our cheering.. so. "Green team makes others look like little kids!" hahaha. syed is super super lame... "excuseme.." "i ur dog arh.." hahaha. super cute stuffs! b4 jam n hop, our cheering was.. we screamed like we never scream before! dat was totally high! lunch was kfc! dinner was yoshinoya =) jam n hop was great except for that "bleached guy" jo ma'am, u rock! haha! power! we wanted to get sore throat so next day greet ma'ams and sirs hoarsely.. super super funny.
crapped with jo ma'am till like 10 plus pm.. did footdrill! HAHA. she commanded! my prize was 10 BUGS. hahaha. den filza's dad fetch.. sent jo ma'am home, she took e food! yay! den me den sam cos we made a mistake. heex. had to prepare for VIP nx dae.

VIP07/07 first contact session! we were rather enthu at first. den pants SO TRANSPARENT! court shoes! SO PAIN! din even noe my leg was bleeding till i reached home! alot of lectures, den like jo ma'am liddat, din dare to slouch, so i sat up str8. haha. den got that "wana quit feeling".. everybody also lidat. =/ but we wont quit larh. =)

felt pretty stressed?? cos alot of things to do.. i was DI for last part. i was super blur. i dinnoe hu was DT, so i always report to wrong person.. tink i screwed up my DI job.. but nvm. always learn from my mistakes. must make mistakes! =) like fdc06 =) make mistakes to improve =)
